how the grooming process works.
At Tangled Tails Grooming Salon, we take great care to ensure your pet has a comfortable and enjoyable experience during their visit. The grooming process typically takes 3-4 hours, allowing time for bathing, drying, trimming, and other services. During their stay, your pet will be kenneled periodically for short breaks between grooming stages to help them relax. If your pet has special needs and cannot be kenneled, we also offer express grooming services for an additional fee, allowing them to be groomed straight through without breaks.
